Inventchip Technology Co., Ltd. (IVCT) သည် CCM totem-pole PFC analog controller IC IVCC1102 အင်ဂျင်နီယာ samples များ shipping ကို စတင်ခဲ့ကြောင်း ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီး၊ ထို product ကို ၂၀၂၂ ခုနှစ် Q1 တွင် ตลาดသို့ ထုတ်လွှင့်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။ ထို controller သည် 16-pin package ရှိပြီး full control functions ပါဝင်သော ပထမဆုံး CCM totem-pole PFC analog IC ဖြစ်သည်။ IVCC1102 တွင် အောက်ပါ advanced controls များ ပါဝင်သည်- ၁) Vac drop အချိန်တွင် duty cycle feedforward control ကို အသုံးပြု၍ boost inductor current reversing ကို ကန့်သတ်ခြင်း၊ ၂) AC crossover region အတွင်းမှာ higher switching frequency တွင် PWM duty cycle ကို softly ramping up လုပ်၍ AC current crossover current spike ကို ဖယ်ရှားခြင်း၊ ၃) AC voltage surge နှင့် lightning strike protection ကို enhancement လုပ်ခြင်း၊ ၄) second harmonic rejection control နှင့် voltage loop non-linear control ကို combine လုပ်၍ low THD နှင့် excellent step load response ကို ရရှိခြင်း။ အခြား features များတွင် AC-line-based light load burst control၊ output voltage sensing line opening protection၊ relay control၊ hall sensor နှင့် resistor current sensing automatic detection၊ programmable deadtime စသည်တို့ ပါဝင်သည်။ IVCC1102 သည် engineers တို့အား high density နှင့် high efficiency applications၊ ဥပမာ server၊ telecom၊ TV နှင့် power module markets တွင် critical design challenges ကို ဖြေရှင်းပေးပြီး development time နှင့် cost ကို လျော့နည်းစေသည်။ IVCC1102 သည် SOIC-16L နှင့် 4x4mm QFN-20L packages တွင် ရရှိနိုင်သည်။ Evaluation tests အတွက် 2.5kW reference design boards လည်း ရရှိနိုင်သည်။
